BUILD OPTIONS
STAND-ALONE
A standalone home is a fully detached single dwelling on the block.
Being the only house, these are generally large homes with plenty of indoor and outdoor space.
Designs for these homes are highly flexible, due to the available space and less restrictive council regulations.
DUPLEX
Duplex homes are when two houses share a single wall to maximise
the available space of the block.
In blue-chip locations, duplex designs can incorporate basement garages to achieve house sizes equivalent to a stand-alone home, but with a much smaller land footprint.
MULTI-UNIT
When 2 or more units are built on the block in a 'battle-axe' layout,
where units sit behind each other.
Though less desirable than a Duplex home, multi-unit homes may have higher ROI's due to more individual houses created on the block.
